MFP calorie calculator bug?

I've made a mistake while I was inputing my height, I typed in 164 cm and it calculated my daily allowance was 1200. When I saw it I corrected it to 162 (for some reason it inputs only whole numbers) my calorie count upped to 1300. I am currently at 67 kg, it confuses me why would my calorie count go up if I was an inch shorter?
