MFP question

I'm on Keto diet, tracking my carbs, macros, etc... When I go to enter a recipe I've found on internet, I go to MFP, search "best blueberry muffins, Keto" for example. Then I see all kinds of items. How do I find the exact recipe I just read, and want to make/check out nutrition info. So frustrated, I don't make so many things because I believe my only alternative is to put in every single ing myself. So I just go on to another one. Any help?

This is why logging is so difficult for me. I cook mostly everything from scratch and I have to create a new recipe each time. You have to log every single item I've found out. But like they say, nothing worth having comes easy. We gotta do the work, they just provide the tools.0

When you want to enter a recipe, go to add recipe, and use the "from the web" option. You'll need to know the exact web address for the recipe. Once you enter it, double check and make sure it matched the correct ingredients. I find that it sometimes uses totally wrong items or wrong amounts, for example it always changes whole milk to chocolate milk for some strange reason. Anyway, I find that recipe option to be extremely useful, and it works pretty well once you get used to it.1

Oh, also wanted to say, I do a Keto/LCHF diet as well. And, it seems that some recipe sites are more popular than others on MFP. I have excellent luck finding keto recipes already in the database from "I breathe I'm hungry" sometimes listed with the recipe title and IBIH. Good luck.1
