Ab question for moms

Just curious... I had my first baby 6 months ago. I am now trying to get back in shape. My question is has any other moms tried to work their abs and not had any soreness or anything while working them hard? Pre baby I could definitely feel a good burn while working them but now I cant feel a good burn no matter how hard I work them. Anyone else have that issue?

Burning doesn't equate muscle activation.0

Before leaping into ab work after having a baby, google diastasis recti and check that you're ready to work them in the usual way, or whether you need to do some corrective ab work first. Post-baby it can be difficult to switch on abdominal and pelvic muscles that you used without thinking before you had a child. And good luck!0
