1 serving vanilla protein powder
0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
0.5 cup water
3 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 half frozen banana
1 teaspoon honey
4 cubes ice
1 teaspoon orange zest

About the only thing I adjust is I use unfrozen o.j. This has 22 grams of protein
