Fitness challenge apps to help with motivation?

Soo... I've been yoyoing and "starting on monday" for so long and finally really can't take it anymore. I started working out 2 weeks ago and haven't lost any weight and need something to help keep me motivated but I'm REALLY bad about forums. Has anyone tried any of the fitness challenge apps like inKin?

I think S Health and fitbit also have "challenge" functions but it seems like my friends always use the excuse of "I don't have that wearable/app/whatever" and I heard inKin is cross platform. Soo... any opinions?
