Hi :)

I've started recomp today and I need some advice on the nutrition side of it.

I've set my calorie goal at 2100 cals because I', slowly going up to maintenance from my 1800 cals deficit.

So, I hit all my macros but my calories for the day are short 93. Do I go over my macro goals in order to make up the 93 cals or do I leave it as it is?

My diary is open so feel free to have a look.

It should match up... But perhaps you have an entry that is slightly in accurate (often carbs/fibre related I've found... Or rounding in macros/calories)

If you think your macro entries are correct id go with that.... And eat more fibre!

Apparently fiber is the reason I'm below my calorie goal. It get added to carb weight but not to calories as it doesn't get absorbed by the body so essentially I'm 16g under on my carbs.

Look to the fiber quantity to see if this is clipping your carbs short. US labels include fiber in total carbs, and this can throw caloric values way off, depending upon which calculation manufacturers use. Sugar alcohols can do the same.

Thanks :) Apparently it is the fiver. So, do I add the fibber weight to my carb goal to make up the calorie difference or do I leave it be?

You really don't have to be that precise!
93 cals either way really isn't significant.
Macro precision at maintenance is even less important.

Don't cause yourself unnecessary stress and risk adherence issues by being restrictive for no good reason.
