What are your challenges with losing weight?

I'm a regular MFP user and have been for years. I'm very interested in how apps like MFP and Fitocracy can help can behavior. Currently I'm doing research on weight-loss and have a short anonymous survey to help gather info on the most common types of challenges people have when trying to lose weight. I will be happy to share my results with you guys on this message board later in the week when I've tallied all the responses.

My top challenge is emotional comfort eating. When I get down, I look to things like pizza, nachos, and beer to make me feel better. I know it's short-term, and that's what helps me stay committed to healthier choices. It's still a challenge though! How about you?
