Hello, I am struggling with making a commitment. I am really good for a few days, and then boom, right back to my old habits! Any advice would be helpful.

change your mindset. What helped me in the beginning was a saying I saw in a waiting room: "Do something today that you'll be grateful for tomorrow". So whether it was clean eating or exercise my mind was focused on the next day and the gratitude I'd feel for what I did today (hopefully that makes sense).0
