Hello all, I am new to my fitness pal. Yikes I am up 25lbs. I am a female in
my fifties and I've discovered it's really true. The older I get the harder it is to lose weight. I'd love to her from others my age as to what works or doesn't. I also have a Fitbit for tracking. Is there a group for us fifty somethings? I have recently begun my cardio again. I can only do limited weights due to joint replacements in my hands. I have rheumatoid arthritis. The extra weight is really hard on my knees.
I've been told in the past that 1200 calories a day is just to low, however I just can't budge the scale otherwise. Help please!
