    Starting Weight: 90kg
    Progress: N/A as is day 1
    Exercise: yes 50mins at gym with cardio and strength training
    No Sweets: None at all today
    Veg with 2 Meals: Yes - lunch and dinner
    No Chips: Never
    No Sugary Drinks: Easy - dont do them anyway
    No Fried Food: Another Easy one don't eat them anyway
    Logged Exercise/Food: yes.. in full and well under goal calories

    So I ate some slightly naughty foods at Atlanta's 2nd Annual Food-o-rama today. Although I couldn't say no to the samosas, I did say no to the fried Oreos. I consider that a win!
