I just added the app and have been tracking calories/macros for a while with great results. I've started cutting for summer and I'm doing a 40/40/20 macro split until I lose 6-8 lbs then I'll start adjusting macros to keep my protein at less than 1.4 grams per body weight. I'm currently losing 1 lb each week.

b4 n after pics? how much protein are you taking per lb? i hear 1.5g is at the highest it should be. any thoughts? how long have u been on this split?0
