Completely over ate, and not healthy food, the last three days. Not sure why, nothing special going on. After several months of eating well, exercising and losing over 10 pounds, I didn't think I would have any major slips. Just goes to show that anyone, at any time, can slip up in a major way. Getting back on track today.
