I found a recipe a long time ago that I tried and really love. it is simple to make and can be used as snack or . lunch meal. It consists of 1 wasa cracker, 2 tablespoons mashed avocado and two slices of roma tomato. Then sprinkle cracked pepper on it. Really good and all products are really good for you. I use it when I need to eat something extra to fill in for eat back calories. 2 crackers for lunch satisfy me and good amount of calories for lunch.

    Sounds good! I would probably also add a sprinkling of parmesan, because I look for excuses to add cheese to things. :D

    130 ish calories which is what your recipe is would not be a good lunch nor filling for me. I would think it would be to few for anyone not eating like 10 meals a day.

    Also very little protein.

    Could be a nice snack, though.
