My Story! (With pic)

Hello everyone! My fitness/health/diet has always been important to me. I was an overweight kid and I have a pretty impressive skill with the amount of pizza/pasta I can consume (a blessing and a curse from my Maltese heritage). Although some may look at my stats and say that I don't need to lose/change much; to me it is within. I want to look and FEEL as fit and healthy as I can! My inspiration was finding out the amount of hereditary blood and heart problems my parents have, I'm looking after me starting now! (More like since November haha)

I am 5ft 6inches in height. My 'steady' weight is 126lbs. (Fluctuates higher dependant on foods I eat about 3-4lbs throughout the day)

My 'goal weight' is 126 (I lose weight on my stomach LAST so that is my target area). I've lost 4" around my waist since my journey so far and one more and I'll be at my goal. By no means I want to look "skinny"; I want to FEEL healthy and in control of my body.

I have a doctors appointment to test for any intolerances I may have (I've been feeling pain in my stomach and feeling bloated/holding water a lot) even with a clean balanced diet.

I have always been insecure about what I post on here as it is very personal, but I hope to enlighten others as much as they do for me!
