I wouldn't recommend it. We used to sell it at work and discontinued it because it was full of soy protein and cheap fillers. There's a lot of better meal replacements on the market nowadays, if that's what you're looking for. Vega, Garden of Life, and Shakeology all make pretty good ones.

That said, I prefer eating my meals, but that's just me.
