Thoughts on Jamba juice?

Do you consider jamba juice as healthy? Just the juices not the smoothies, would this be sufficient as a "snack" or "lunch", add wheat grass or whey protein (does it change the taste?) Like to know the different opinions about it and favorite drinks or warnings. TIA!

Not too familiar with Jamba Juice but it would be the same as all juices - not as healthy as many people believe. Most juice has little to no pulp, which is where the majority of the benefits from fruit lie. Wheat grass or protein powder will change the taste and won't make it too much better. But if you want to spend your calories on it, go ahead - me personally, I'm not satisfied by juice for meals and would just be a waste of calories3
