Being a IIFYM (if it fits your macros) and "80/20 principle" approach person to diet person as well as currently being in a small kcal surplus in my diet (preferably, say 250 kcal/day over maintenance) - I have been on a "different ring doughnut a day" challenge. Average doughnut roughly is around +-250 kcals. Currently finished my 15th day. Goal is to get to as much as possible, but min 30 days. After getting to 30+ days am considering to switching to ring/filled doughnut as well since they make up 60-70% segment. Probably will just ran out of doughnuts to eat, find in place I live. So some rules & goals of the challenge:
- different standard size doughnut a day. Same brand/flavour doughnut can not repeat;
- keep within daily caloric set goal;
- enjoy the challenge;
- educate yourself in average calorie content in doughnuts. Get more efficient in "guestimating or eyeballing" doughnut nutritional data;
