Hey everyone! My name is James and I'm new here. My weight has fluctuated quite a bit over the past couple years. Two years ago I was at my lowest weight (and my goal weight) of 150. I'm currently at around 235, at 5'7. I easily get out of breath, even just doing simple things, like walking up the stairs. I've gotten new stretch marks recently, and I'm starting to get too big for most of my clothes, so I've decided that enough is enough. I work at a desk job, so I'm not typically very active during the day. I've made a commitment to start getting some exercise- although that's mainly to get stronger and relieve stress. My primary goal is to lose weight, and that's why I'm here! I've set my calorie goal and I'm very determined to accurately track my caloric intake. I'd really appreciate some new friends and encouragement!
