Put vinegar in the search box for the forum, you will see the many threads asking about it.
If you're asking will it do anything for weight loss, the answer is no.3 -
If you put it on your salad instead of Ranch dressing, it might help. But no. drinking vinegar will do nothing but erode your tooth enamel.1

Probably better for you overall if you drink shots of vinegar instead of shots of whiskey. But your friends won't get as many memorable photos from you chugging vinegar. And no good story ever started with drinking vinegar.8

So, it's not likely to do anything to influence weight but there are other health benefits. Just google "health benefits of vinegar" and you'll find lots of information. Some of it might be anecdotal, but there are also published scientific studies. (Sorry, I don't have the time right now to copy/paste a bunch of links.) Before the days of antiseptics, vinegar was used for wound cleansing and probably helped people survive after injuries by killing some of the bad bacteria.
Before the days of soda, people used to drink something called a "shrub" which was a liqueur made of vinegar and fruit then added to water. People would drink it like lemonade as a refreshing summer drink or as a cordial.
The Drinking Vinegars which are all the rage right now also contains probiotics and a little bit of vitamins so may be good for you in other respects. I just tried one this week (Suja Peach Ginger) and it's actually pretty tasty. Would probably taste better with a little vodka added.0
