Currently 6'1" and weigh about 215. How is to get back to around 195-200. Started the StrongLifts 5x5 program a few weeks ago, and now that the snow has melted I will be biking to work on my "rest days". I'm kind of oblivious to the whole nutrition side of things so you'll see plenty of questions from me in that section!

Hey J. I started at 343 in September 2016 and am down to 274. My goal is 230. I started with Keto diet and working out 4 days a week. Threw in JuiJitsu for 4 months and now am working the following work out plus 30 minutes of Cardio 4 to 5 days a week. http://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/workout-routines/fat-busting-superset-workout-0 Thinking of switching up the work out though.
