Thanks for sharing your spreadsheet! It looks really nice. I made my own, and I'm interested in seeing how you did it. It looks like you are using fitting to get average values, I currently just calculate on a week by week basis and then average. I think your implementation looks really nice.
Thank you. My spreadsheet-foo is not up to par; so I am definitely open to suggestions on how to do things better especially my "user proofing" which in spite of all my attempts is pretty rudimentary.
Down the road I might want to play more with the fat to lean mass assumptions as there exists research that points that the leaner people are the more lean mass gets lost (or gained) as compared to fat: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3970209/
Would love to figure out how to do a rolling 10, 20, and 30 day average that starts at an arbitrary day; but to my chagrin could not figure out how to do it without it getting messed up by potentially un-perfect user data entry!0
