egg whites

I don't eat a lot of meat and notice that I have trouble getting my goal protein. So one suggestion I read here was egg whites. When I fix eggs, scrambled or omelette or whatever, I like to use whole eggs without added egg white since I feel they "dilute" the whole egg. So what non-egg dish could I add egg whites to? I thought about whipping up a carton of egg whites and making a bunch of crepe-like flats that I could then use as fillers on sandwiches, cut up in salads etc. Any other idea how to get a bunch of egg whites in?

You can add one scoop of Whey protein, 2 bananas. Put it in the blender with egg whites. Then make a pancake out of it.

Yummy, that almost sounds like dessert!

It does. Just add pancake syrup
