I lost 40 lbs in 3 months in a contest at work two years ago 195 down to 155 and won $100. Gained it most of it at back (193 lbs) and as of today I have lost 18 lbs after 5 weeks and now realize my fitness pal is way of life. 20 lbs more to go...so let the ride begin and never end!
