Weights?

I try to use either the treadmill or elliptical everyday and I want to start adding in other workouts. I have weights at home and access to machines at the gym. I have an idea of what I'll be doing, but I was wondering how to work it in. I was thinking of starting off with 3 days a week. But don't know what sort of rotation to do. Should I do upper body one day, lower the next time etc?

    Start with an established program. That way you get a well rounded workout.
