Pasta cooked vs uncooked?!

I have some whole meal spaghetti that we had left over from a previous meal that I intend to portion and use again.
HOWEVER I am now very confused about what weight to log on MFP. I weighed out 100g of the already pre-cooked spaghetti (pouring boiling water over before serving to soften but not cooking any more)
I was thinking, as it had already been cooked and absorbed the water...what would be the dry amount I'd have to input in my diary?
Looking through forums is making my brain hurt and confusing me more!
I have 100g of already pre cooked wholemeal spaghetti - what is this in grams that I input in my diary?
Thanks all!

pasta roughly multiples by 3 between cooked and uncooked - so if you have 100g cooked - its possibly about 35g uncooked (rough math)0

there might also be an entry for cooked wholemeal spaghetti that you could use...0
