So i started at 102. Increased my calories. I'm at 109 in less than a month. Now I don't see any gains yet in the areas I would like. Just my tummy And i just started this past week doing squats, lunges, and bicep,tricep,deltoid, & wrist curls. Will i see results? or does all the hard earned weight go straight to tummy?? PLZ ADVISE FELLOW COMMUNITY FRIENDS . And thank you in advance.
Could someone also plz advise what the proper macros for me would be. Currently im following a 50 30 20.

You're gaining too fast. So it will pretty much all be fat. Genetics dictates where that fat goes.
Macro split are pretty irrelevant and not specific to body type. Set MFP to 0.5lb per week gain, do your best to hit your protein goal and get on a progressive overload strength training routine. That way you will gain muscle and minimise fat gains.1 -
