120 g raw spinach
1 banana (97 g)
1/2 cup (70 g) frozen blueberries
1 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons Nesquik

I've been using berries and banana to sweeten my greens but usually I add coffee as my liquid (yes, coffee). Seeing as it is 6 PM here, and I didn't have any yogurt, I decided on chocolate milk instead. This is really frickin sweet! I had the option of eating a piece of cake saved for me (MIL's bday) but this might actually be better. It came up as 281 calories for me.
