10-15 pound goal

Hello! I'm looking for MFP friends with the same goal as me. My goal is to lose only about 10-15 pounds and keep it off! Just a few years back I was easily able to maintain a weight that is about 15 pounds less than where I'm at now. My weight fluctuates very easily and losing 10 pounds puts me back in the healthy BMI range. :) I had more time on my hands a few years back to exercise and now I'd like to meet my weight goal mostly through diet. If this sounds like you, maybe we can be MFP friends!

    I am just getting into my fit pal again but been doing well my next goal is 10 tob15 lbs

    Me too! I've slowly put on 15 pounds over the last 2 years. I've always gained and lost easily and generally fluctuated in what I call a "10 pound swing", but the losing part seems to be a bit harder and I'm 6 pounds over the top of the swing! 15 pounds would put me at the bottom of the swing.

    I gained 15 lbs in the past 2 years, lost 10-15 of it (my weight fluctuates about 5 lbs) and I would like to lose another 10 lbs. I'm new to MFP but I'm hoping it will work for me. I have used similar apps years ago but I didn't stick with them and properly measure my food. Let me know if you have any useful tips!
