How to begin

I work at night, I sleep during the day.. how do I begin doing some light exercise? Any suggestions?

    Either get up a tad earlier to squeeze a workout in before work or do a workout before bed. You could start with one of the 7 min workout apps or a 30 day challenge one. You could do a workout from YouTube or fitnessblender or dailyburn. You could go for a walk or run.

    My aunt and her boyfriend both work nights at a factory, and they just workout after their shift before going home (don't know how they manage more physical activity after the physical demand of factory work). Works pretty well for them!
