Beginner coordination

So I just started back up on my fitness journey and I'm trying some workout videos at home so I don't have extra excuses. I am very very very out of shape. I've been working out with Jessica smith videos. I've noticed I have no coordination what so ever. I can't get the feet part down ok but then she adds in arms and I'm totally lost. Is it better to just follow the leg movements until I get those down perfect and keep my heart rate up or is it better to slow down and try to get the arms and legs together and have a slower heart rate? Also there are moves where I supposed to be using certain muscles and I don't necessarily feel like I am. Im sure my form is wrong or I'm using a different section of muscle that is stronger. Will that get better once the muscle starts to build? It's i better to just do something even if the move is wrong and lose some weight just moving and then perfect using the right muscle? I'm starting to get frustrated already. Thanks for the help.

Don't get frustrated - you're moving and that's what important! Yes, keep moving the legs, they are the bigger muscles and of more benefit. Add in the arms when you can. Who cares if you're uncoordinated?!
I wouldn't get too hung up on perfection, there are a lot of videos out there - maybe another one would suit you better.
Keep going!0
