I had my daughter 5 weeks ago, and I'm looking for more inspiration to lose the baby weight. I'd love to see before and afters of women who have achieved their goals!

I have 2 kids. Both emergency c-sections. After my 2nd was born, I lost the 40 lbs I had gained by the time he was 6-7 months and continued on my weight loss past that point.

I have two kids, both emergency c-section as well. I would say to focus on slow, steady progress. My pictures are about 19 months apart

It's been a long up and down road for me.... I love food. Counting calories and working out no cheating is what works for me. I'm 5'3
