When I have calories left over and have not hit my protein goal, I usually have some 2% Greek Yogurt with fruit or honey. I like to hit my protein if I can.

I don't worry too much about macros but I would probably do an apple or banana with peanut butter. <3

Mandarin oranges or cherry tomatoes are sweet and can tide you over for the rest of the evening. I also don't concern myself too greatly with macros.

For fruit I only eat raspberries or blackberries (i do the keto thing), but sometimes cherry tomatoes (yum!)

Giving up carbs was the best decision ever, but I do miss a beer or cider once in awhile.. also veggie samosas! probably could have a shot of whiskey though ;-)

my whole life doesn't really add up, but I hope this Keto thing works! I have an aversion to peanut butter, but I sure wish I did not. It would solve some of my fat to protein to carb ratios.

Do you like any other nuts (not necessarily butter)? Adding a few walnuts or almonds to certain dishes, or even just having a handful of salted nuts for a snack - salt is good on keto.

    i'm allergic to all nuts

As long as it didn't have tomatoes or carrots that would probably work

and ....9 grams of carbs, 6 grams of protein, and 22 grams of fat.. and you kinda want to hit those numbers right on.

What would you eat? (I really want to know!)

Probably some milk, or nuts and cheese.

Ha! I was going to say a glass of red wine and a small amount of good cheese. You beat me to it.

although, a great microbrew would suit nicely, too.

If I wasn't hungry I personally wouldn't worry about it.

My goal was to learn to not let food rule my life. :)

Nothing. I'd be happy for the extra deficit.

If I'm not hungry or craving something, then probably nothing -> 200 calories of leeway on another day when I really, really want that wine/cookie/chocolate that doesn't fit.
