    -Hot chocolate (hang the macros, it's hot chocolate!)
    ...and I'd still have 20 calories left!

    Half a tuna sandwich. 200 Calories, 4.5g fat, 19g protein, 22g carbs, 1g fiber.

    Note: I want proteins.

    If I'm not hungry or craving something, then probably nothing -> 200 calories of leeway on another day when I really, really want that wine/cookie/chocolate that doesn't fit.
