I'm currently putting a tblsp of pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, flax and sesame in my smoothie every day, is this too much or should i use more tblsp of fewer seeds. Tia x

If you like it, and it fits into your calorie goal, then there's no issue as far as I can see2

Bear in mind that if the seeds are whole, and you're drinking them, a fair proportion of them will pass through your system without being digested. You could consider milled seeds, or milling them yourself before adding them.2

I have a nutribullet I thought that blitzed them along with everything else or should they be done first?0

If they're in with everything else they'll mostly just flow around the blades. I'd recommend doing them first in the bullet, then adding everything else & going again.1
