Hello everyone! :)

My name is Maillon, I am 22 years old, and used to be in competitive MMA.
I got an injury a few years ago that was quite severe, and had to give that up. Couldn't really exercise anymore for a few years at all actually. Now I am fully healed but I do have permanent damage and can't do some important exercises anymore like Squats, but I try to get by. I used to only have a body fat % of 10... But in my years of not being able to exercise at all I gained about 20 kg.

I am 1.83 Meters in height, and when I started trying to lose weigth I was 90 kg.

I'm still 85 kg now, so I'm almost in an acceptable BMI range, but I still have a long way to go if I want to become what I once was, again.

If anyone knows any exercises I could do to replace squats these would be VERY welcome suggestions ;D
Please things I can do at home though :) I have no money for a gym since I'm still a student, and the only equipment I have at home are some Resistance Cable Band pullers, with which I try to train every day with some push and sit ups, and walking offcourse.

Alot of walking...
