Working out after being sick

I have strep throat which I got Tuesday. Currently on antibiotics since yesterday but I still few super achey and lethargic. I'm hoping to feel myself by Friday. If so, too soon to hit the gym? I can't imagine getting it if bed now let alone going to gym.

    Sorry you're sick. Take time to get better. The gym will still be there. Strep can be nasty.

    If nothing else, you might want to wait until you are done your antibiotics so you know 100% you are no longer contagious. You don't want to leave a trail of germs behind you on every machine and dumbbell.
