I'm really nervous I'm doing my very first kettle bell class tomorrow and just wandering what to expect I'm more worried I'll either let go of it or break my wrist help me !!

You'll love it, I went to a kettlebell class as a total beginner nearly two years ago, I've been hooked ever since! Just be prepared for major DOMS the day after!2

You'll love it - I can't say enough positive things about kettlebells.
It's really important to get your form right so start on the light ones, 4kg at our gym. You'll be on an 8kg so quickly but the first 2 or even 3 lessons you shouldn't worry about weight.
I do most of my kettlebell workouts at home and go into a class once or maybe twice a week. I like learning new moves and it's could to have my form checked once in a while.
I'm using a 16kg and should be progressing to 20kg soon. Just remember we were all beginners once
