They suck I went and found out I gained then realized I've been working out so much of course I gained this isn't and easy journey but were in it together people

It always sucks to not see the needle moving on the scale. Though we see the benefits in how we look and feel, we're naturally concerned with the scale and that can get us down. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't down about hovering at 205 for the past MONTH. It's seriously pissing me off, regardless of the fact that I know that I'm putting on muscle and losing fat. We put such a premium on what the scale says and use that as our unit of measure to grade us by.0
