Nutrition Ratio

Just curious what everyone's nutrition percentages are set to carbs/proteins/fats. I need to change it up a little and would like inupt. I exercise moderately (5 times a week and burn anywhere from 250-1000 calories per workout depending on what I am doing) Says my BMR is 1680, currently have my calore goal at 1450 and I do eat back the calories burned.

Mine are at 20% carbs-30% protein- 50% fat. I try to stay around 1200c a day, work out 3-5x a week.0
