Hi
I'm 5'7 and weigh 148 pounds, 20 years old and female
I aim to be roughly 135 pounds, finding it hard to shift these last pounds

I strength train and cardio 4-5 times a week and an active

Does anyone have any advice on what calories I should be eating now to get rid of these weight or any exercises I could do also, not very experienced with this type of stuff

If you feel you could help me please don't be afraid to drop me a message lol ☹️

There's no exercise or special anything you need to do but eat at a deficit.

Shoot for about .5lb/week, track your food carefully (ie weigh it when you can), eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories if you had MFP calculate your deficit (50% because unless your 100% sure of your calorie burn, it might be an over estimate). This is because MFP calculates the deficit you should be eating at without exercise.

Make changes that are sustainable to you - unless you really want to going low carb, keto, non-added sugars, etc. that's up to you but for the mass majority of us those changes aren't necessary. You can lose and eat ice cream and pizza as long as you keep your calories under a deficit.

Watching your calories when you're close to goal is usually the hardest part because it is slower to lose weight.
