Healthy lifestyle and weight loss struggle

I am working towards a healthy lifestyle and for the last few months I have been eating better and working out. I have only lost about 6lbs and I am struggling to hit weekly goals. Could really use some tips and support!

    it may be easier for people to give you helpful advice if you let us know what your stats are: starting weight, height, current weight, calorie goal and open your diary so that we can get some more insight. also, how are you struggling specifically?

    finally, don't poo poo your 6lb loss, that's fantastic!

    6 pounds in 3 months is 24 pounds in a year. That's great! In two years you'll be down 50#. The quick losers often regain their weight. I'm one of those people. On my third time around I'm working on building a long term way to eat without feeling deprived. I intentionally slow my weight loss down as once I "get there" I struggle and start sliding. It sounds easy but can be really hard. Whatever you're doing has you losing 2# a month. Good job!
