    get a digital scale and log everything that goes in your gob. read the forums, tons of info and you will soon learn how to separate the chaff from the wheat. Do some sort of exercise, find something you like. Know you will have rough hours, days, weeks, months, and you will make choices that dont fit your goals, but all that is OK, what matters is that you get back on track. Its doable. Read the success stories to see just how possible it is.
