I hope this helps. I started at 378 Lbs in January 2016 and I am now 196. I have lost 182 Lbs and have 81 left to go.

We all to get to feeling the way you are. I just tell myself when the weight is not coming off that I am doing great and doing the right thing. I remind myself of my success and then go on with the process. Last weekend I made some soup and it had too salt in it and I blew up from the sodium. It happens! A lot of the success is a mental exercise because if I beat myself up too much, I tend to do stupid things.

That's amazing guys!!! I have so much admiration and respect for people who turn their lives around like this, it's one of the hardest (and longest) things to do in my experience so congrats

305lbs down to 190lbs. It takes a lot of dedication and sweat. Moving past the "I can't" to the "I will" is not easy but it is absolutely doable!! It took me a little over a year.

@Fat_Fighter87 What is a "one scale victory"? Never heard that term.



I started my WL journey (this time) at age 65 four years ago. Joined WW and now do aqua aerobics, swim and walk.
It's been a slow but steady ride, now down -155# (376 to 221) It is HARD but worth the effort. Yesterday I had a 3# gain so I'm posting here to remind myself to KEEP GOING. Good luck to you!
