Oh I can't wait to get there. I'm always SO HOT. Went to the children's museum today with my son's class and they had this wind tunnel...I could have stayed in it all day because I was sweating like crazy.

OMG I laughed when I read this post. Me TOO! However, I can honestly say that for the first time ever I get cold - particularly after my workouts. It's nice to be cold for a change!! ❄️❄️❄️

Ha! I thought I was the only one. Just last week I uttered "I'm tired of being cold all the time." I finally took a fleece blanket with me to work Friday and Saturday I bought curtains to keep the winter chill out of my living room.

I'm cold ALL of the time. It's getting warmer here now (England) but when we go out for a family walk, I'm the only one wearing a thick coat. Plus I have to have a blanket in the evenings when everyone else is sat around in t-shirts.

I'm another one who feels the cold although I'd rather be too cold than too hot as you can always put on layers and move around to warm up; it's more difficult to cool down.

    I've always felt cold. That's why I live where I live. I couldn't handle a real winter. B)

I've only lost 53 lbs so far (out of 175#, so I still have 122# left to lose) yet I am ALWAYS freezing. I just got back from vacation (Florida) and I was cold even when it was 65℉ outside. At one point we were driving down a highway with the car windows open and I had to close my friggin' window because I was so cold, and it was 70-80℉ out. My entire family thought I was insane.

I'm feeling really apprehensive about next fall/winter. I've always been particularly susceptible to the cold, but this past winter was unreal. I honestly can't imagine it getting worse.

Being a little underfed leads to feeling cold. Being a little or more overfed leads to the opposite. Since you are restricting calories you feel a bit cold. You will be fine. Good work.

I'm 96 lb down for now, near my goal and today in short sleeves. Cold.

Cold all the time...yup. Another unfortunate side effect of losing weight for me is at under 140 lbs (I'm a 5'3" woman) my tail bone hurts too bad to sit down. Once I lose all the cushion my tail bone protrudes quite a bit

Yes! Me, too! Freezing all the time and my butt hurts when I sit a lot. About 50 pounds down.

I've lost almost 70 lbs so far and still have a lot to go, but I am constantly cold now. I'm sitting in my car with the heater on as I type this (it's nearly 70 degrees and sunny out!). I also read that eating fewer calories lowers the core body temp.

On the upside though, it takes a lot to work up a sweat and this summer will be much easier to deal with.

After going through menopause and being an oven from my MS in the summer, I am cold most of the time now. I have only lost 16 lbs, but I get cold most of the time. The only time I got hot was when I had a fever.

I prefer being cold to hot though. I could never get cool before.

This scares me. I'm just starting my weight loss journey, but I've ALWAYS been cold. I can sleep under 2 blankets on a hot summer night. If I'm always feeling cold while being overweight, I'm scared how cold I'll be when I get to my goal weight.... ugh

I'm also cold all the time, so purchased a heated vest. It's powered by a 12 volt rechargeable battery. I get 8 hours of heat (even the collar) at the low setting and less if I increase the level. The pants and jacket were too pricy, even at the online discount stores, like Jafrum. I wear the heated vest both indoors and outdoors. Fabulous!

    2 things.

    1. I'm hoping this is the case
    2. I'm hoping summer shows up. Been raining all spring so far.

When I first started, I was so happy that I was warm because I was constantly moving and building muscle. Then suddenly my body caught up with itself and now I'm cold XD

    Also doesn't help that my office prefers to keep the AC on even in winter -_-;

When I started on my fitness pal last year I read about people saying how cold they were now that they lost weight. Well after losing 60 lbs. I totally understand what people were talking about. I keep a jacket at my desk, I keep gloves in my bag. One day last week I forgot my jacket (I live in the south) so I put on my raincoat, people kept asking me, is it raining, no I'm cold! :D

Yes! I've lost 47 lbs and I can't handle the cold at all!!! I'm now one of those people that have to take a jacket to the movies!

I was freezing always until I found out I had a vitamin D deficiency. I started supplements and warmed right up. Your mileage may very, but maybe see a doctor to get vitamin levels checked.
