Spicy Tuna Roll in a Bowl for One

I had to share this quick and easy microwave only recipe because I'm in love with it! Hands down the best meal I've had in awhile and it really tastes similar to sushi.

1 minute brown rice and quinoa single serving
1 Med avacado
1 4 oz can of albacore tuna in water drained
3 teaspoons of Sirracha sauce

Microwave the rice for one minute per directions. Peel the avacado and mash into rice mixture. Drain the tuna and mix in. Top with hot sauce!

Amazing, filling and only healthy fats for 520 calories!!

    But an actual spicy tuna roll has less calories.

    You can probably cut down on the cals by using half an avocado.

    This sounds really good I m going to try with riced cauliflower.
