Applebees beer

I went to Applebees tonight for dinner. Ordered a beer, larger size. It comes in a tall glass, DH asked how many oz? The waiter did not know, he thought it was about 24 oz. I thought "No way" so after finishing the beer I emptied a pint glass of water into the glass...filled it up! So, bottom line, a pint beer is equal in size to the "tall" but you pay more for the "tall"
