High fiber freezable recipes

Hi everyone, I'm going in for abdominal surgery on Tuesday and I need some more ideas on high fiber (but easy on the intestines) meals or snacks to freeze. I likely won't be too hungry for awhile (weight loss, woo!), but I'd like to be prepared. Also so I don't have to make a lot of food for awhile.

Already in the freezer are 3 different types of green smoothies, single serve lasagna rolls (ok this is because I like lasagna, not that it's high fiber), high fiber wrap quesdillas with black beans and ham, bone broth vegetable stew with barley, peanut butter oatmeal balls rolled in amaranth, and egg muffins with ham and broccoli.

Any other suggestions?

There's a pretty popular recipe called "15 minute chili". I use lean ground beef and either one or two cans each of reduced sodium black beans, and pinto beans. I think it originally calls for kidney beans, but I prefer the pinto, myself. It freezes pretty well.

I'm not sure what "easy on the intestines" means. My high fiber meals usually have a lot of beans. Black bean soup is super easy, and I also eat a lot of lentils. Red lentil soup is delicious. Mushroom/lentil loaf is tasty and I haven't frozen it, but I think it would work.

@stephanne13 Good idea, I didn't even think of chili!

Easily processed. Because of pain meds the digestive track has a tendency to...ahem... back up. I'll definitely take a look at lentil soup, I haven't had much experience with lentils, always good to try something new!

Lentils are great - super high fiber and easy to make. I like doing lentil curries or soups. They are normally very quick to make too which is a bonus.
