    You don't need a supplement.

3lbs in 30 days is great.

What do you believe is adequate?

To tighten things up you could start to weigh your food.

No supplement is required for weight loss, your current rate is OK.

The only thing a supplement will make lighter is your wallet.

No supplements will help you lose weight, they only help you lose money (Herbalife especially, they just got convicted of deceptive practices and fraud and were ordered to pay $200 million in damages)

The main thing I see in your diary is a lack of fruits and veggies. You also are not weighing all your foods so you can easily be eating more than you think you are. I would tighten up your logging and try to eat a wider variety of foods for a month, then revisit the issue.

What the heck did they add to a chicken breast to give it 16g carbs and 27g fat?

You don't need a supplement - there isn't one that will help you lose weight. Stick to your deficit and properly weigh (solids) and measure (liquids) all your food.

Your diet is lacking in nutrients.... Try adding some vegies to your meals.

No supplement will burn fat quicker. If you are doing an extensive workout, you might want to consider eating more. You are already eating below your BMR so you are eating WAY below your TDEE (assuming you are logging correctly, which it doesn't look like you are). Your lack of energy could be because you are not eating enough

Breading it and deep frying it.

    3) I need to weigh my meal (will be tough to carry scale when eating out :-) )

Something is off about your breakfast smoothie. 39 grams of fat? The macros/calories don't add up.

I couldn't live with measuring avocado by the slice - something that calorie-dense needs to be weighed. Still, the math isn't making sense to me.

    Carbs: 48 x 4 calories/gram = 192
Fat: 39 x 9 calories/gram = 351 (seems awfully high for the ingredients you listed)
    Protein: 21 x 4 calories/gram = 84
Total calories: 627 vs 296 in your log.
Am I missing something? Someone who is more well-versed in these calculations than I am might need to set me straight here.

thanks for your reply guys , I am doing extensive workout was looking for getting more energy with less calorie and fat so was looking or suggestion on supplement which can help in burning fat quicker

    Again, no supplements will help.

Do you use a food scale to weigh ALL solid and semi solid food that you eat and cook with? Do you use cups/spoons for liquids only? Are you choosing correct database entries cross referenced with food packaging and USDA data?

If it's legal, it doesn't work; if it works, it isn't legal.

    Save your money.
