My maximum calorie intake for my diet on here is 1200 and i want to lose a stone in around a month, do you think thats too much or too little?

I do not know what a stone is, but, make sure that you are eating your calories you burned from exercise.0

A stone (14 pounds) in a month is A LOT to try to lose in that short of a time. You didn't put it on that quickly, so you can't expect it to go away that quickly.0

FINALLY I KNOW WHAT A "STONE" IS. I HAVE BEEN WATCHING A SHOW ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS ON THE BBC CHANNEL AND HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH WEIGHT A "STONE" WAS. THANKS!0

ok thanks, what amount of weight loss do you think is more sensible as ive never been on a diet before i really have no idea how long it takes.

i personally put on 20 pounds in a month so i thought i just point that out :laugh:0
