I'm new to fitness pal. Hi people!

My weight has dropped about 12 pounds since I began about a month ago. Starting to get a little skeptical because my weight loss as stalled. Uhg! But I do feel better. I'd love to lose around 50 additional pounds. I've been stationary biking for years but have recently increased from 15 minutes to 30 mins per day. I also increase the tension. Sooooo I'm just waiting around to get thin. Ha!
