Hey I've been rather quiet on here, but today marked losing 10lbs and I want this to continue. I am loving getting strong and active. I have been overweight since I was a child and was constantly told I couldn't do physical things as well as others. I ran a mile for the first time last week and it's amazing the psychological victory that gave me. I am actually pretty good at sports but always too shy or ashamed to participate but I want to change that. I don't actually want to be "skinny" but I'd like to lose around 50 lbs. anyone else learning to love their non perfect bodies as they get healthy and strong? Any tips for battling negative self talk?
